Returns & Exchanges

We need your body to love its Coco Beats as much as we do!

So, if you need to make a change, or return a sports bra, legging or tight, we will try to make that as easy as possible for you. Simply follow the steps below within 14 days of receiving your order.

Change of Mind Returns

If your new sports bra, legging or tight is not exactly what you are after, we have the following return options.

  • All full price items can be returned for either an exchange, refund or credit, subject to the conditions below.

  • Sale items can be returned for a credit or exchange only, subject to the conditions below.

 

Conditions of Return

Coco Beats reserves the right to deny a change of mind return if it does not meet the following conditions.

 

  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided (e.g. a receipt or credit or debit card statement)

  • Your return is made within 14 days of receiving your online order

  • Item(s) are in original condition (unworn and unwashed)

  • The shipping cost to return item(s) is payable by you

Faulty Product Items

Every sports bra, legging or tight is checked by our quality control team prior to dispatch. If you have an issue with your item after the first wear, please contact us at admin@cocobeats.com with your order number and images of the area of concern and we will contact you directly to resolve any concerns.

For all returns of faulty products, you must provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g. a receipt or credit or debit card statement)

 

Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of failure to follow the care instructions, misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear, will not be considered faulty.

Submitting a Return

Please submit your return request via the form linked here.

If your sports bra, legging or tight is deemed faulty and requires collection, Coco Beats will manage that as part of the issue resolution.  

 

Please ensure you use a protective bag and a registered/traceable form of postage as Coco Beats will not be responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in transit.

You will receive an email notification once your return is received and processed. Refunds will be issued instantly but may take several business days to be processed by your bank. 

 

All returns will be processed via the same payment method as the original payment. If an error occurs when Coco Beats attempts to refund to the the original payment method, our team will contact you directly to arrange a credit.
